1kg chicken fillets cubed (slightly big/boti style)1 tablespoon ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon chilli powder2 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon chicken spice1 - 2 tablespoon tandoori spice1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)1 tablespoon mayonnaiseOil1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
METHOD
Marinate chicken in the above whole night or even 1 hour..
Cook chicken till done, must be saucy don't burn the sauce out
AssemblePlace a roti/wrap down, spreada thin layer of mayo, add shredded lettuce and cucumber, put chopped tomato and sliced red onions, then put your boti chicken and some of the sauce from the pot, close it up and serve...
