1 kg chicken mince 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon green chilli garlic paste 1 teaspoon ground green chilli (Or according to taste) 1 ½ teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin) ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon salt (or according to taste) 2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder 4 onions chopped ¼ cup chopped greens 1 tablespoons butter / ghee (Clarified butter)
In a pot heat butter / ghee (Clarified butter) add in spices, mince except for the dhana Jeeru (Cumin) and braise mince till dry. In a separate pan dry fry onions on high till all moisture has evaporated. When cool add onions to mince, add in chopped greens and dhana Jeeru (Cumin). When cool fill pies as desired.
