2 cups semolina 60 ml Klim 1 cup milk 1 cup water Condensed Milk Cinnamon sticks Elachi (cardomom) powder 5ml vanilla essence 5ml egg yellow colourSultanas(optional) 150g Butter
METHOD
Melt butter and add cinnamon sticks, and semolina, braise over low heat until cooked. Remove from heat add water and mix to break lumps, put back on stove, slowly stir in milk, egg yellow , vanilla essence and klim and cook slowly stirring continually so the bottom does not catch, cook for 15 minutes, add condensed milk and Elachi (cardomom) powder and stir together. Cover with lid and allow to steam on heated plate with stove off. Allow to cool, decorate with dessert cream and rainbow almonds
