I cooked with SteaksYou can use any fillingFor Steak Cook in litlle of each Butter Ginger Garlic Chilli Paprika little salt Cook till almost done add any brand Prego and Peri Peri sauce Or Sauces you PreferCook till almost dry shred keep asideKeep AsideSlice some Tomato rings cut in halvesAnd some thin onion slices Grate cheeseFOR DOUGH+-1 & ½ cups Flour80g marg or butter,1 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon saltRub the flour with the above Add 2 heaped teaspoon baking powderAdd little chopped Green dhania (coriander)Rub againAdd1 Egg beaten (keep aside for egg brushing) Mix togetherThen addLittle MaasMix to make a soft doughCut small discs in pairs the top one roll a bit biggerThe small one you will use for the bottomEgg brush its sidesBefore putting the filling On only one of each pair put honey mayo sauceThen 2 thin onion strips then filling then tomato then grated cheeseThen take the slighter bigger disc and cover the filling press the edges close and then press with fork to make sureIts sealed properly Egg brush the tops and sprinkle with thill (sesame seeds) or Poppy seedsPut in 200 degrees for 5 minutes then drop to180* for 10 - 12 minutes Bake until golden brownEnjoy with Chutneys
