Dhal Roti Savory

Boil ¼ cup pea or Chana or mugh or oil dhal till soft
In a dish add 3 cups cake flour
+- 6 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
Add 1 teaspoon salt
Rub
Add 1 ½ teaspoon green chilli
1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
Handful of green dhania (coriander) chopped fine
Add your ¼ cup boiled dhal
Mix well
Add boiling water to make a soft roti dough
Roll out roti disc the size you like
Seko (Toast) like normal on Tawri
Brush with ghee (Clarified butter)
