125g butter1 cup castor sugar½ cup oil4 eggs 2 teaspoon vanilla essence ¼ cup cocoa powder½ cup dessicated coconut 2 and half cups self raising flour 1 cup milk
METHOD
Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add oil and beat again. Mix in eggs and remaining ingredients gently until combined. Bake at 180 degrees for +- 20 minutes
Icing125g Butter2 cups icing sugar ¼ cup dessicated coconut 2 tablespoon cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 tablespoon fresh cream Beat all together until smooth and creamy Spread over cooled cake and top with toasted fresh coconut
