3- 4 chicken fillets cubedMarinate for few minutes with2 tablespoon oil2 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon ginger garlic pasteSalt to taste½ teaspoon crushed lemon pepper (optional)3-4 Crushed black peppercorns or just a dash of white pepper ¼ cup yoghurt1 large fresh tomato liquidised3 tablespoon tomato puree ¼ teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon lemon juice(Optional)I used ¼ sliced onionBraised in 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or oilLittle whole Jeeru (Cumin) 1 and ½ full teaspoon Garam masala¾ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon jeera powder1Tblsp any butter chicken spice½ teaspoon crushed red chilli1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder1 slit green chilliCurry leaf is optionalPlace in pot and cook on lowAdd water if necessaryMake a paste with little 1 tablespoon Mild Chilli coconut sauce Add to the potCook till gravy thickensAdd ¼ cup milk½ cup fresh cream or nestle dessert creamIf you want more gravy add more milk Garnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Serve with basmati rice or naan rotiOr stir fry riceEnjoy
