Marinate & cook cubed chicken fillet with: Olive oil Salt/Black pepper to taste Few strands of thyme Red masala ½ teaspoon peri peri spice 1 teaspoon Mochachos spice 1 teaspoon red chillies (Adjust according to taste) Red masala 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon Crystal Hot sauce 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
Slit pitas open and spread low fat mayonnaise on each side. When chicken is cooked, mix in 1 tablespoon low fat mayonnaise and stuff into pitas. Garnish with grated cheese, lettuce, slices of cucumber & avo. Griddle on a hot pan for 5 minutes, brush with garlic butter.
