INGREDIENTS
½ kg fillet strips,1 tablespoon nandos peri peri sauce, (any sauce)2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, 1 tablespoon oil,½ teaspoon haider, ¼ teaspoon garlic, pinch dhana powder, 1 tablespoon chicken spice, 1 ½ tablespoon BBQ spice, ½ teaspoon chillie powder 4 tablespoon mayonnaise.
Cook chicken and leave saucy.
METHOD
RICE. Boil 1 ½ cups tastic rice with salt and haider. Drain and keep aside. Braise an onion in ghee (Clarified butter). Add green pepper. Put ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper, salt 2 taste, 1 tablespoon spice for rice, ¼ teaspoon chillie powder. Stir in rice and steam till done. Can add little nandos sauce from top.
