1 Chocolate Cake 1 punnet Strawberries sliced250ml fresh cream4 to 6 tablespoons Rose syrup

METHOD

Cut up the chocolate cake in to cubesPour 2 tablespoons Rose Syrup over and soak for a few hours or overnight.Whip fresh cream untill it reaches the stoff peak stage.Add in 2 to 4 tablespoons rose syrup folding it in gently.Layer the soaked chocolate cake at the bottom of your dessert bowl.Top with sliced strawberries.Pipe fresh cream on top and decorate with a strawberry.Place in fridge to set for 15 minutes and enjoy.
