INGREDIENTS
1 Kg Chicken, cut & cleaned into pieces2xTsp Lemon Black Pepper Inpaarmans Spice¼ Cup lemon juice3x teaspoon Butter, cubed½ teaspoon Lemon pepper 1 Clove Garlic, crushedSalt (optional) Lemon Slices.... (optional)Mixed Herbs fir sprinkling....
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients, rub on the chicken. Dot with butter & bake in 200 degrees oven for 30 - 40 minutes.Drizzle 2x teaspoon oil onto the chicken, just before baking.Served with lemon slices🍋, naan & Carrot🥕 & Pineapple salad🍍 & Roasted Veg
