INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cleaned and washed or 4 quarters 1 teaspoon garlic paste1 teaspoon ginger paste4 tablespoon plain youghurt 2 whole green chillies5 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 tablespoon whole cumin seeds roasted1 tablespoon whole dhana seeds roasted 2 tablespoon tandoori masala of your choice1 tablespoon lemon juiceSalt
METHOD
Blend all the above ingredients. Make cuts on the chicken pieces. Marinate with mixture. Marinate atleast for an hour. Bake on 180 degrees for 20 minutes than heat a pan, add 2 tablespoon oil and bbq the chicken while basting with the left over masala mixed with oil. Baste to get a tandoori taste. Splash lemon juice over garnish with dhania (coriander).
Naan
Ingredients4 cups cake flour1 packet yeast1 teaspoon sugar2 teaspoon salt1 cup milk 1 cup warm water
MethodCombine the dry ingredients than add the milk and water, knead into a manageable dough, cover and keep in a warm place for 30 minutes let it rise. Must be double in size. Form rounds roll out and fry on tawa. leave it plain or brush with butter and sesame seeds.
Green Chutney Ingredients1 bunch green dhania (coriander) 2 whole green chilliesFew mint leaves1 garlic cloveSalt lemon juice Method Blend all together do not add water. Serve. Enjoyπ
