1 full chicken (quartered or disjointed)1 teaspoon ginger paste1 tablespoon garlic paste1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon tandoori spice 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder¼ teaspoon garam masala spice2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon greek (double cream) yoghurt
METHOD
1. May make slits in the chicken. Marinate in above. 2. Place in an oven dish, dot with butter, cover with foil and cook on 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes (depending on sizes of chicken peices, do not overcook.) 3. Uncover, turn the pieces over and grill until done. OR Cook on the braai (bbq). OR Cook in a grill pan on high heat. Serve with chips, salad and paratha/garlic naan.
