Ingredients: 1 full chicken cut 1 teaspoon ginger 1 tablespoon Garlic 1 teaspoon salt 3 teaspoon tandoori spice 1 teaspoon red chilli 1 teaspoon garam masala 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon yoghurt
1. May make slits in the chicken. Marinate in above. 2. Place in an oven dish, dot with butter, cover with foil and cook on 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. 3. Uncover, turn the pieces over and grill until done. OR Cook on the braai (bbq) . OR Cook in a grill pan on high heat. Serve with chips, salad and paratha/garlic naan.
