INGREDIENTS
Potato Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients:
1 onion sliced
Butter
500g chicken fillet cubed
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sweet basil
½ teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon ground green chillies
1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn
1 packet smash
4 cups hot water
3 tablespoon golden spice's chicken stock powder
2 cups milk
1 packet knorr cream of chicken soup
125ml fresh cream
Grated cheese of choice
Woolworths cheese & smoky paprika palmiers
Shimeji mushrooms
Chopped spring onions
METHOD
Braise onion in butter till transparent.
Add cubed chicken and cook till done.
Mix smash, knorr soup, water, milk and chicken stock powder together.
Add to pot with chicken.
Bring to boil, then add fresh cream and corn and boil again.
Saute mushrooms in butter with pinch of salt.
Garnish soup with grated cheese, broken palmiers, mushrooms and spring onions.
