1 full teaspoon ground green chillies (According to taste)
1 tablespoon coriander (chopped)
½ teaspoon baking powder
Water (for batter)
Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices. Steep in boiling water with a teaspoon of salt for half an hour. Mix gram flour and flour in a small dish. Add in spices, baking powder, coriander add in just enough water to make a slightly thin batter (batter must coat the back of a spoon). Drain potatoes, dip in batter and deep fry on meduim heat till crsipy.
