Ingredients 1 onion (sliced) 2 large tomatoes (liquidized) 1 piece taj (cinnamon bark) 2 large tomatoes (liquidized) 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder 1⁄2 - 1 teaspoon salt 1⁄4 teaspoon turmeric powder 2 tins tuna in brine * Optional- julienned green pepper
Braise onion in oil with taj till golden. Add tomatoes and spices and cook till chutney forms. Drain tuna from water Add tuna to chutney, mix in and heat through. Serve with soft bread.
