INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken fillet500g Guwaar1 large Onion (chopped)1 large Tomato (ground)2 tablespoon red ginger garlic masalaSalt to taste Pinch jeeroo Few peppercorns Few clovesElachi (cardomom) Cinnamon stick Oil
METHOD
Boil the guwaar for a few minutes and the plunge in ice water, set aside Grind onion and sauté in oil with the whole spices until golden brown in colour, add the rest of masala and braise a little, add a little water and allow to burn down, than add the chicken and tomato, allow to cook ¾ way thru and add the guwaar, allow to braise nicely and serve with rotis.Enjoy!!!!!!
