½ kg chicken fillet slit each fillet thin 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon ground green chilli 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon Roberson spicy chicken spice ¾ cups milk ½ cup snowflake cake flour salt to taste ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
mix together all the ingredients and mix , this should make a batter , not too thick . add the chicken pieces mix . place in the fridge atleast 1 hour , remove and deep fry as soon as you ready to serve .
serve with a dip of you choice . also really taste with salad
