INGREDIENTS
1 piece of chicken fillet sliced
½ teaspoon lemon and garlic spice
¼ teaspoon green masala
½ teaspoon chicken spice
¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
salt to taste
butter
lettuce
baby tomatoes
onions sliced rounds
cucumber cut
METHOD
marinate chicken and cook in butter
wash, cut and place lettuce on a platter
add tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and fillet
garnish with parsley
