Marinate the chickens in the above ingredientsI used half a bottle of the aunt Bibi’s ginger garlic masala and 2 heaped tablespoons of the THP masalas each. Dhana, vinegar, lemon juice, arad (Turmeric) and salt thrown in as needed.Add the baby potatoes in to cook with the chicken.
INFO & TIPS
When putting up the chicken put up with two heaped dishing out spoons of ghee.
The trick is to not let the masala burn out, keep adding ghee if it looks like the masala is burning out.
