INGREDIENTS
Open Breakfast Sandwich

1 large ciabatta bread roll sliced
4 boiled eggs sliced
1 Avo sliced
5 green chillies
3 habeneros
1 tomato diced
Spring onion diced
butter and toast one side of each slice
1. spread mayo and some chilli sauce over and assemble boiled eggs, tomatoes and green chillies- sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika
2. Assemble Avo and habeneros- sprinkle salt Pepper and paprika
METHOD
Thick Avo Smoothie

4 ripe Avos
1 big dessert cream
½ cup milk
3 tablespoon condensed milk
5 mint leaves
blend till smooth
Chia milk
2 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup milk
2 teaspoon honey
mix and allow to soak overnight (in the fridge)
