In a potAdd:2 tablespoons oil1 teaspoon Sujees ginger garlic masala 1 teaspoon Sujees peri peri masala 2 tomatoes liquidized A handful of fried onions 1 cinnamon stick 1 cardamom pod1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder ¼ teaspoon tumeric 2 tablespoons tomato paste ¼ teaspoon saffronAdd mince and mix
Cook on low. Add water as needed.
1 & ½ cups basmati rice washed 1 carrot peeled and chopped Chopped spring onionsZeal2 tablespoons oil
In a pot add oil, spring onions and carrots Sauté Then add boiling water and rice Add salt to taste
Cook till done.
