Braise 1 sliced onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with few cloves Taj peppercorns slit chillies whole jeeru (cumin).
Marinate 750g chicken pieces in:Β½ cup sour milk 1 tablespoon Tandoori powder @osmans_taj_mahal 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger π« garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red chilli paste SaltΒΌ cup lemon π juice Red coloring 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa garam masala 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 2 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
Add chicken 2 onions.Cook a bit. Add in 2 chopped tomatoes π
Add in 5 potatoes fried2 cups rice2 cups waterCook 10 on stove Cover with foilSteam for Β½ hour.Garnish with greens Serve with dahy and kachumbar
