INGREDIENTS
250g good quality butter- MooiRiver or Spar brand3 cups icing sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 slab Cadbury Dream chocolate, melted
METHOD
Beat icing sugar and butter together until white, about 5 minutes.Use a silicone spatula and scrape down the bowl from the very top- failure to do so will leave a gritty taste in your frosting.Add your melted and slightly cooled white chocolate and vanilla essence.You may add food colouring at this point or good quality cocoa powder for a chocolate frosting.Leftovers store well in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
