INGREDIENTS
Ingredients :
1 litre milk 1 tin ideal milk ¼ cup vermicelli (crushed)3 tablespoons tasty wheat (Sojee (semolina flour))1 tin nestle cream (small tin)¾ cup sugar or more to taste½ cup ground almonds 1 tablespoons pistachio (chopped)1 tablespoons almonds (sliced)1 teaspoon rose essence Pinch of elaichi powder 1 tablespoons ghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
Method :
In a large non stick sauce pan, braise vermicelli with ghee (Clarified butter) once pink add in milk, ideal milk and continue stirring (do not let it scorch). Add in ground almonds, Sojee (semolina flour), nestle cream, sugar and bring to a slow boil stirring continuously. Mix in pistachio, almonds, elaichi powder and rose essence.
