250g Okra2 tablespoon chana/gram flour2 tablespoon rice flour ½ teaspoon of each garam masala, black pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder.¼ teaspoon carrom seeds (ajwain), salt
Cut okra lenghtwise add rice flour and chana flour toss well. Add rest of spices, add bit of lemon juice Mix and leave for 20 minutes. Heat oil in pan and deep fry in batches until crispy. Serve as side dish.
