Grate the onion, tomato, green pepper in a bowl add the spices. Marinade the chicken then transfer it in a ovenproof dish & bake for 1 hour at 170 degrees, until done.Drizzle the oil on top. Before the chicken comes out, put it back into the oven, covered with foil. Add the juice & the zest of the citrus by pouring over the chicken lastly..... STOVE MUST TURNED OFF. Gives the chicken delicious flavour.
