INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken minceghee (Clarified butter) 2 medium size onion grated2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon red masala 1 teaspoon green masala2 teaspoon soy sauceSalt to taste 1 ts dhania (coriander)/Jeeru (Cumin)1 teaspoon chicken spice dhania (coriander) finely chopped1 cup cheese grated250 gram mcain frozen carrots1 cup shredded cabbage (optional) Store bought springroll sheets. I used about 80 sheets
METHOD
Cook mince with ghee (Clarified butter) and onion, ginger garlic, red masala, green masala till water dries out. Then add all your spices, carrots, cabbage and stir and in soy sauce and stir one more time. Allow to cool then add in cheese and dhania (coriander).
Fill sheets and freeze.
