Dough : • 3 mugs all purpose flour• 2 tablespoon butter• 3 teaspoon yeast• ½cup oil• 2 eggs• 2 teaspoon salt• 3 tablespoon sugar•Sesame seeds•Milk and water to bind dough •1 beaten eggFilling:1 onion2 ladles oil 500g cubed fillets1 teaspoon salt, ¼ turmeric, 1 teaspoon soya sauce, 1 teaspoon crushed green chilli, 1 tablespoon chilli powder, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 grated tomato, 1 teaspoon crushed garlic.1 tin creamstyle corn1 cup cheese
Dough: 1. knead dough with half warm milk and water mix enough to create a dough 2. Leave to rise (covered) for 1 hour3. Punch down after 1 hour and leave to rest for another 30 minutes4. Roll into 10cm balls each and roll like a naan (oval)5. Fill with filling6. Fold over ends to close overlapping7. Egg wash8. Sprinkle sesame seeds and/or dry herbs
Filling:Soften 1 onion in 2 ladles oil 2. Add in 500g cubed fillets3. Stir in 1 teaspoon salt, ¼ turmeric, 1 teaspoon soya sauce, 1 teaspoon crushed green chilli, 1 tablespoon chilli powder, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 grated tomato, 1 teaspoon crushed garlic.4. And cook5. Cook almost dry and stir in 1 tin creamstyle corn6. Leave aside and cool7. Stir in 1 cup cheese and fill
