-1 cup chicken fillet (cubed)-1 ½ tblspns Amina wonderspice butter chicken masala (Marinate and keep aside)----chopped dhania (coriander) - ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) -salt to taste-½ cup single cream-¼ cup onion (diced)-3tsps butter-½ teaspoon oil
1.)Heat the butter and oil on medium heat,add the onions and cook till golden brown.2.)Add the marinated chicken, arad (Turmeric) and salt if needed. Leave to cook on medium heat.3.) When the chicken is almost done,add the single cream and cook till it boils. Remove from the cooker and add the chopped coriander.4.)Serve with savoury rice,naan or roti.
