INGREDIENTS
5 chicken fillets cut into cubes1 onion chopped2 tomatoes liquidised 2 green chillies slitCurry leaves1 teaspoon jeera seeds1 cup of chana (gram) dhal boiled till soft4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon salt (salt to taste)2 teaspoon rough chilli powder1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeera powder1/2 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon ginger garlic1/2 teaspoon red chilli paste
METHOD
In a pot, add ghee (Clarified butter), the chopped onions, green chillies, jeera seeds and curry leaves. Sauté till the onions are golden, then add your chicken with the spices.
When the chicken is halfway done, add the liquidised tomatoes. Add more salt to the tomatoes if required. Let it cook for 10minutes then add the boiled chana (gram) dhal. Cook till done. Garnish with greens and
