Almond coated chicken By: Fatima Asif Latif 1kg chicken fillets cut in strips Mix together 2 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon nestle dessert cream 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon chicken spice 1 teaspoon garlic A sprinkle of garlic salt 1 tablespoon green masala 1 tablespoon oil. Marinate chicken and steam till done When cool. Dip in egg and nibbed and flaked almonds mixed. Fry till golden. Serve with sweet chilli sauce. Enjoy.
