INGREDIENTS
Chunks of chicken fillet
Salt
Dhana
Jeera
Turmeric
Black pepper
Red ginger garlic paste
Tandoori spice or tikka spice
Nandos prego sauce
Nandos lemon and herb sauce
Yoghurt
Steers peri peri sauce
Steers chicken marinade
Little tomato purée
Soya sauce
Any other spices or sauces you want to add
METHOD
Marinate chicken fillet in above ingredients for an hour atleast ..
skewer with peppers onions and fillet
I baked it for ½ hour on 180 with some butter on top ..
Grill for 5 minutes before serving just to make it crispy ..
INFO & TIPS
Keep basting with left over sauce while in the oven .. serve with chips or whatever you like ..
