Marinate chicken fillet in above ingredients for an hour atleast .. skewer with peppers onions and fillet
I baked it for ½ hour on 180 with some butter on top .. Grill for 5 minutes before serving just to make it crispy ..

Keep basting with left over sauce while in the oven .. serve with chips or whatever you like ..
