½ Packet Vermicilli/Lokshen ½ cup Sago, soaked in water 1-2 litre Milk4 tablespoon SugarFlaked Almonds(optional) 2 Stick Cinnamon 4 Kardamon podsRose water few drops or vanilla essence2 teaspoon butter
In a large pot then add the butter vermicilli, spices cook for 2 minutes. Put the stove on medium add the milk, sago, essence, sugar cook until done.Leave on stove & stir slowly for 15 minutes. Add a stick cinnamon on top or flaked almonds.
