RECIPE
90g butter,
2 tablsp Sago soaked in ½ cup water. 30 minutes before making.
1 cup vermicelli
1 ½ L milk
cinnamon sticks
2 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
sugar to taste
2 tablespoon rose water
Method:
Braise vermicelli in butter till golden brown with cinnamon & Elachi (cardomom) . Then add milk in with rose water, sugar, coconut flakes,almonds,sultanas & pista (pistachio nuts). Stir continuously.
Once milk is heat threw add sago & cook until thick. If to thick add more milk accordingly.
