METHOD
Braise 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter). Add in 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) Few peppercorns Few cloves Taj Elachi (cardomom) slit chillies. Add in marinated chicken. Cook 10 minutes.Lay Potatoes over. Sprinkle chopped dhania (coriander). Spread over rice. Sprinkle Β½ cup fried onions. Seal with foil. Steam in oven for 45 minutes. Serve with salad and dhai
