Saucy Chicken

RECIPE

2 kg chicken pieces or cubed fillets 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic ¼ cup lemon 🍋 juice 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 2 teaspoon rustenburg chilli powder 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo 3 teaspoon @purespice_sa curry powder blend 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa all purpose spice 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)Cook above in ghee (Clarified butter).Liquidise 2 med onions and red or green pepper 🌶 Add 2 chicken Add in ¾ cup tomato sauce ¾ cup mustard sauce ¾ cup chilli sauce 1 packet Tomato paste ½ cup water 💧 Simmer till thick Serve with white rice & fried potatoes 🥔
