INGREDIENTS
500g chicken fillet ..cut into cubes
1 teaspoon crushed garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Half teaspoon ground green chillies
1 teaspoon salt or Aromat (a South African Spice)
Half teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chicken spice
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed jeeraa seeds
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Cook on medium heat till water burns out
For a reddish colour chicken
Add..1 teaspoon ginger garlic
1 teaspoon chilli masala paste
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon chilli pdr
Half teaspoon tumeric
1 teaspoon crushed red chilli
1 teaspoon chicken spice
Aromat (a South African Spice) or salt
Pizza base
2 cups of sifted flour
1 level teaspoon salt
1 level teaspoon sugar
5 tablespoon oil
3 teaspoon baking pdr
Half teaspoon dried herbs
About 1 cup of hot milk..
Bind a soft dough
Roll out and cut
Bake in a pre heated oven ..about 5 minutes
METHOD
Smear chutney of choice
Shred the chicken and place on the base
Drizzle mochachoes or nandos sauce over
Drizzle crystals or peri peri sauce over
Add cheese over
Add pepperdews..jelapenos..green pepper and onion over
Sprinkle crushed garlic
Sprinkle dried herbs over
Bake and enjoy
These can be pre baked and frozen
