Dadi's Butter Chicken

Ingredients:60g butter1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder1 teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon turmeric powder½ tablespoon red ginger garlic masala2 green chillies (slit)1 chicken (cut into pieces)1 tablespoon lemon juice4 tomatoes (liquidized)
Method:1. In a pot, melt butter.2. Add spices, masala and green chillies and braise till fragrant.3. Add washed chicken & lemon juice & cook till chicken turns white. 4. Add liquidized tomatoes and cook till tomato has reduced but not completely dried out.5. Serve with roti.
