500g chicken mince or 500g fillets2 slices bread2 eggs2 teaspoon baking powder1 small onion2 teaspoon fresh crushed garlic1 teaspoon salt or to taste1 teaspoon green chillies or to taste¼-½ tin sweetcorn drained2 teaspoon fine jeeroo1 teaspoon fine dhana 2 tablespoon Fresh green dhana chopped2 tablespoon chopped spring onions
Process bread, eggs & onion. If using fillets instead of mince add in and process too. Mix all the ingredients together. pat into greased pyrex dish. bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 20 minutes. Remove and brush with ghee (Clarified butter). Sprinkle tall or sesame seeds over. Return to oven and bake until ready. Remove and cut into squares.
