INGREDIENTS
500g chicken mince or 500g fillets2 slices bread2 eggs2 teaspoon baking powder1 small onion2 teaspoon fresh crushed garlic1 teaspoon salt or to taste1 teaspoon green chillies or to taste¼-½ tin sweetcorn drained2 teaspoon fine jeeroo1 teaspoon fine dhana 2 tablespoon Fresh green dhana chopped2 tablespoon chopped spring onions
METHOD
Process bread, eggs & onion. If using fillets instead of mince add in and process too.
Mix all the ingredients together.
pat into greased pyrex dish.
bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 20 minutes. Remove and brush with ghee (Clarified butter). Sprinkle tall or sesame seeds over. Return to oven and bake until ready. Remove and cut into squares.
Serve with chutney of choice.
