500g chicken mince or 500g fillets
2 slices bread
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 small onion
2 teaspoon fresh crushed garlic
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon green chillies or to taste
1⁄4-1⁄2 tin sweetcorn drained
2 teaspoon fine jeeroo
2 tablespoon Fresh dhana chopped
2 tablespoon chopped spring onions
Process bread, eggs & onion. If using fillets instead of mince add in and process too.
Mix all the ingredients together.
pat into greased pyrex dish.
bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 20 minutues. Remove and brush with ghee (Clarified butter). Sprinkle tall or sesame seeds over. Return to oven and bake until ready. Remove and cut into squares.
Serve with chutney of choice.
