INGREDIENTS
2 pcs Paratha100 g Creamer100 ml Milk30 g Egg30 g Granulated Sugar
METHOD
1. Place 2 pieces of paratha together as shown and roll it flat.2. Fold the paratha pieces together.3. Cut the paratha pieces into 12 smaller pieces.4. Press 2 smaller pieces against each other and roll it again.5. Stuff the paratha wrapper into mold of preference.6. Crack an egg into bowl and pour in creamer, milk and sugar. Stir.7. Pour the Mixture in each of the mold containing the paratha pieces.8. Place all into the oven and heat for about 25 minutes at 220°c. Serve hot.
