4-5 medium Potatoes boiled,roughly mashed 2 Dried Red Chillies broken into halves3 Garlic Cloves crushed1 Small Red Onions chopped 2 Finely Chopped White Stalk of Spring OnionsCoriander chopped 2 tablespoon Schezwan Sauce1 teaspoon Soya Sauce1 teaspoon Siracha Sauce1 tablespoon chili sauce ½ teaspoon VinegarSalt to Taste1 teaspoon sugar 2 Finely chopped green stalk of Spring OnionsHeat oil in deep pan.Add red chilies,chopped white stalk of spring onions. Sauté the onion for 3-4 minutues. Then add garlic and cook another 1 minutues. Then add Schezwan sauce,Chilli Sauce,Soya Sauce, Siracha Sauce to 1-2 tablespoon of water and add it to the Wok. Add the potatoes, salt,sugar and mix well. Now add vinegar,chopped green stalk of spring onions,chopped coriander. Mix it well. Now take a Norma roti dough. Make a paratha. Cook in shallow fry. On slow flame. Serve hot. Enjoy 😊.
