For the Sauce (In another bowl) :1tin nestle cream(Lrg)4tbsp(brown sugar)Half a cup of mayo2 tablespoon lemon juiceSalt to tasteoptional ingredient: crushed green chillies/pepper
1.) Place baby spinach or lettuce leaves on a pretty platter. When potato balls are set, place them on top of this.2.) Pour the sauce over the potato balls covering it generously.3.)Decorate as desired. Serve cold.
