INGREDIENTS
1 tray of Dennys mushrooms chopped4 medium potatoes cut in small1 onion sliced2 medium tomatoes chopped2 chillies 1 tablespoon of masala [kashmiri + rombo russi mix]½ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon ginger and garlic pasteMix herbs Black pepperThymeSalt
METHOD
Add a little extra than normal oil to potFry onions till half way through Add in potatoes, mixed herbs, thyme and salt, turn heat to mediumFry till potatoes are light brown in colourAdd in turmeric and masalaFry for 30 secondAdd in ginger and garlic paste and mushroomsLet this fry till water comes out of mushroomsCook on low heatAdd half a cup of water for potatoes to cool through Enjoy
