INGREDIENTS
1 packet of spaghetti 2 trays of meatballs [12]3 chillies optional2 onions chopped6 medium sized tomatoes grated 2 tablespoon mix masala[ can use less]1 teaspoon ginger/garlic pasteHalf teaspoon dried thymeHalf teaspoon dried mixed herbsHalf teaspoon crushed black pepperHalf teaspoon sugar [for acidity]
METHOD
Boil spaghetti with salt and some butter, till al denteFry meatballs in shallow oil till cooked[should be slightly brown in colour]Brown onions with chilliesAdd in ginger/garlic paste and grated tomatoesAdd salt and let this cook till starts to bubbleAdd in the rest of spices+ curry leavesOnce you see oil has come up Add in sugar and the meatballs.Let cook for 5 minutes then add this to your spaghetti.Let sit with stove off for 10 minutes so flavors can infuseThen ready to serveEnjoy
INFO & TIPS
Use Masala according to how you like your spice
Can omit the Masala and just use 1 chilli for milder taste
