INGREDIENTS
Steak
Ingredients :
1 kg fillet or rump steak
(cut into desired peices)
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic
1 teaspoon steak and chops spice
1 teaspoon calistos peri peri
1 teaspoon crushed lemon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
2 tablespoon Olive oil
2 tablespoon butter
Butternut :

Ingredients :
1 butternut (cubed)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Pinch of salt
Few blobs of butter
Mushroom sauce :

Ingredients :
1 tray mushrooms (sliced)
1 packet knorr black pepper sauce
¼ cup boiling water
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh cream
1 cup milk
2 tablespoon butter
METHOD
Steak :
Method :
Marinate steak in vinegar, garlic, ginger and garlic. Add all spices into a spice shaker and leave aside. Heat a non stick pan with olive oil and butter. Fry steak 6 - 8 minutes of each side and sprinkle with mixed spices before removing from pan.
Butternut:
Method :
Boil but must be slightly firm, set into a pyrex bowl sprinkle brown sugar, salt and and top with butter. Bake in a pre heated oven on 180 degress for 15 minutes.
Mushroom sauce :
Method :
Saute mushrooms in butter, salt and pepper. Once done add in fresh cream and milk. Mix the knorr black pepper sauce with boiling water and Add to the pot. Boil till thickish.
