INGREDIENTS
Tin condense milk
3 tins milk (measure in empty condense tin)
2 tablespoon butter
60 ml corn flour
60 ml milk
1 egg
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
1 packet Marie or tennis biscuits
Cinnamon
METHOD
Add condense milk, 3 tins milk and butter to a microwave proof dish.
Boil for 10 minutes.
make another mixture of Cornflour and 60ml milk. Add egg and beat.
Now add to condense milk mixture.
Return to microwave for another 3 minutes stirring it every minute so it doesn't lump.
crush tennis or marie biscuits in magi mix or using a rolling pin. Add a dash of cinnamon to biscuits.
Place crumbs in foils or bowls and pour hot mixture over.
sprinkle cinnamon powder over.
Refrigerate overnight for best results.
