Braise semolina in ghee (Clarified butter) untill it turns pinkAdd the milkContinue stirring.Whisk condense milk,Nestle Cream,gel colour and rose Elachi (cardomom) syrup together Add to the milk mixture and continue to cook until the mixture thickensAdd fine coconut and stir Pour into dessert bowls and cover with cling film touching the surface to prevent a thick skin from forming on top.Refrigerate untill cold,remove the cling wrap and decorate with sliced almonds.
