2 large boiled cubed potato with salt drain Mash 1 small chopped onion ¼ teaspoon tumeric 1 teaspoon green crushed chilli 1 teaspoon red crushed chilli Little crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin) ½ teaspoon Dhana powder 1 ½ teaspoon fine salt 1 teaspoon baking powder Handful of green chopped dhania (coriander) Add 2Tblsp oil Mix all of above together Now Add +-1cup flour gradually till you get a soft dough Hot water can be added (You might not require water) Roll out dough Puri size Sprinkle flour in board when rolling and a bit of oil on your rolling pin Fry in deep oil like you do for Puri Till light golden brown Serving suggestion: Breakfast or light snack Enjoy with chopped salad
