Shape and freeze until needed.
Green chutney: 1 bunch dhania (coriander) 3 medium sized cloves garlic Green chilli to taste ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cumin powder Liquidise till smooth
Tsatziki: 1 cup finely chopped cucumber (drained) 1 cup plain yoghurt 1 tablespoons fresh mint 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice ¼ teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon crushed garlic ½ teaspoon ground cumin Combine all above
Assemble all above elements into wraps of your choice with freshly sliced onions, tomatoes and garnish with dhania (coriander).
